"I was in my office and Diana cold called me, I usually run for the hills or hang up. When she said she was from State Farm. I was thinking really???
I had an issue with State Farm which ultimately policies were cancelled.. I asked if I could vent a little about my experience.. She listened and heard what I was saying, there was nothing she could do but was kind and empathetic. Now that Jake from State Farm he is another story!! lol
Anyways Diana asked if she could give me a quote. She just needed to get back to me the next business day to get the quote for auto and homeowners insurance. Well she did it a better policy and cheaper rate.. I had some of the biggest insurance companies who were all overcharging and under-insuring my home and vehicles.. Liberty Mutual, Allstate, and Safeco for a classic vehicle, all overcharging. Do yourself a favor give them the opportunity to give you a quote. I think you will be surprised and happy in your favor.
